We know mini industrial aperitif pizzas that are served as an aperitif. But when you know how easy it is to make them yourself, you don’t hesitate for a second! In this recipe, Bretons en Cuisine has chosen asparagus and Badennois but you can use any other vegetable or cheese of your choice.

Easy & affordable aperitif

Ingredients for 4 persons)
- 12 green asparagus
- A few sprigs of chives
For the pizza dough:
- 250 g of wheat flour
- 8 g fresh baker’s yeast
- 12.5 cl of lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp. to s. olive oil
- 1 C. to c. powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

For the tomato paste:
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. to s. olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 C. to s. tomato paste
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Salt and pepper from the mill
For the March Badennois cream:
- 15 cl of liquid cream
- 100 g of Badennois from March
